300L Hydraulic lifting pressure reactors

Pilot pressure autoclaves/Hastelloy C276 cladding reactors

Introduction

This pressure autoclave equipped with cover lid hydraulic lifting system, the heavy cover lid can be lifting and lowering under the hydaulic pressure. The autoclave working volume is 300litres, and it can works under 100bar @280℃, and wet part are hastelloy C276. The reactor body and flange is explosion-proof cladding material (SS304+ 5mm Hastelloy C276 cladding), which can withstand high pressure & temperature. The heating system transfer oil heat to reactor jacket. the chiller cooling the internal cooling coils and magnetic drive jacket. The agitator is magnetic coupling dirve which have no leakage and works under high pressure & temperature.
