Introduction
Hydrogenation reactors are specialized vessels where hydrogen gas reacts with compounds (typically organic) in the presence of a catalyst. They're essential in industries from pharmaceuticals to food processing and petrochemicals. This series pilot Scale Batch Stirred Hydrogenation Reactors can be design open type elliptical head closure or flat cover lid closure. The reactor is fabricate in solid stainelss steel SS316L, and jacket heating design.
The magnetic coupling drive agitator, have no leakage, smooth run, low noise and easy operation, which is widely used for high pressure, high vacuum and high temperature condition. Gas induction agitation is a specialized impeller system that self-induces gas from the headspace into the liquid without requiring external compressors or spargers. The impeller creates a low-pressure zone that draws gas down a hollow shaft and disperses it at high shear.
