Detachable spiral helical impeller

Introduction

Axis sleeve detachable spiral helical impeller design one axis sleeve with double helix impeller, its very convenient to install and detachable, which is widely applicated in laboratory, pharma, chemical, comestics, etc..

The impeller can design with single helix impeller and double helix impeller.

The fixed shaft sleeve can be design with whole part or separate part.

Technical Requirements

Rotation diameter(mm):  120mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm

Shaft hole(mm): 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 45mm, 50mm

Material: SS304, SS316L, Titanium, Hastelloy C276.

If the height of impeller is not large, we can design separate fixed shaft sleeve.
