HXCHEM provide stirred pressure reactor for various lab & pilot reactions (Hydrogenations) with numerous options. Lab-scale hydrogenation reactors are used to perform catalytic hydrogenation reactions (adding H₂ across double/triple bonds or to other functional groups) under controlled, often elevated, pressure and temperature.

Pressure: -1 (FV) to +100 bar 

Temperature: 20 °C to +300 °C

Material: Stainless steel 304/316, Hastelloy C276, Titanium

Features: Equipped with magnetic drive, internal cooling coils, electric heating, safty rupture disc, pressure gauges, gas inlet, sampling dip tube, liquid feeding inlet, solid catalyst feeding port with plug.
