Our factory has unveiled a all-in-one stainless steel high-pressure reactor system, engineered for lab research and pilot-scale production in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, new materials and biochemical industries.
The complete unit integrates three core modules: a mirror-polished SUS304/SUS316L high-pressure reaction vessel, an AC220V explosion-proof electric control valve and an independent stainless steel buffer receiving tank, all mounted on sturdy stainless steel frames with pre-assembled sanitary flanged pipelines.
The main reactor features a thickened pressure-resistant body, top bolted flange cover, precision pressure gauge, mechanical stirring system and jacket heating structure, supporting high-temperature & high-pressure synthesis such as hydrogenation, catalysis and extraction. The orange explosion-proof electric actuator with visible valve position indicator enables remote automatic flow regulation, eliminating risky manual operation under hazardous conditions. The matched buffer tank serves for gas-liquid separation and temporary material storage, with multiple reserved ports for sampling, cooling and pressure balance.
