This is one hydrogenation system and bleacher & neutralizer with deodorizer System used for plant oil, vegetable oil laboratory process research. HXCHEM provide turnkey solution from process design, ASME equipment design, 3D drawings, fabrication, test and acceptance. Laboratory hydrogenation reactor; Laboratory hydrogenation system customized based on process data.

The Vegetable oil hydrogenation unit including hydrogenation reactor, filter tank, hydrogenated fat tank, vacuum buffer tank, vacuum system.  All the motors and electrical components have ATEX explosion-proof certification.   Hydrogenation reactor volume up to 5liters, maximum 6bar @ 250℃, 316L fabrication, design based on ASME standard, the reactor equipped with magnetic agitator and electric heating external. 

Bleacher & neutralizer with deodorizer System

The bleacher & neutralizer with deodorizer System system including agitated bleacher & neutralizer cells, Filter tank, Bleached oil tank, vacuum buffer tank, Vacuum system.

Bleacher & neutralizer volume up to 5liters, maximum 6bar @ 150℃, 316L fabrication, design based on ASME standard, the reactor equipped with magnetic agitator and internal electric heating. 

Deodorizer tank volume up to 5liters, maximum 3bar @ 260℃, 316L fabrication, design based on ASME standard, the tank equipped with glass window to inspect oil color changes.
