This compact pilot reactor assembly adopts stainless steel (SS304/SS316L) as standard wetted material, with customizable alloy options including Hastelloy and Titanium to meet harsh corrosion working conditions. The whole set integrates reaction vessel, stirring drive, heating module, condensing reflux unit, receiving tank, feeding hopper, electric lifting mechanism and intelligent control cabinet, forming a complete closed experimental workflow.

Core Configuration & Advantages

Autoclave Main Body & Modular Top Head Flange-sealed high-pressure reactor lid with multi-port valve manifold, reserved interfaces for pressure gauge, temperature sensor, gas inlet, sampling, vent and material feeding. All pipeline fittings are high-pressure stainless steel needle valves, guaranteeing tight sealing under elevated pressure.

Variable-Speed Magnetic Stirring System Equipped with explosion-proof stirring motor and magnetic coupling agitator. Zero leakage structure avoids medium escape under pressure; stirring speed adjustable continuously to achieve uniform mixing for homogeneous & heterogeneous reactions. Internal cooling coil is available for precise temperature control inside the vessel.

Lifting & Quick Opening Mechanism Manual winch lifting frame enables convenient lifting of the reactor head. Operators can easily disassemble the lid for material charging, cleaning and maintenance, greatly improving lab operation efficiency.

Distillation & Condensation Attachment Comes with horizontal condenser and stainless steel receiving tank. Vapor generated from reactions can be condensed and collected automatically, ideal for reflux reaction, separation, distillation and solvent recovery experiments.

Independent Feeding Funnel Side-mounted feeding hopper allows continuous or intermittent feeding during operation, suitable for dropwise addition of raw materials in synthesis experiments.

Intelligent Temperature & Pressure Control Cabinet Standalone control panel realizes real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of reaction temperature, stirring speed. Built-in over-temperature and over-pressure protection functions to ensure safe laboratory operation.
