Introduction

Supercritical CO2  drying tech. is a separation technology of ethanol which has carbon dioxide as the medium. It has special solubility, variable density and high material exchange rate, making it a superior value as a solvent and dry medium. 

The key of this technology lies in temperature and pressure control and proper drying rate control. Common drying media include methanol, ethanol, carbon dioxide, etc. In general, supercritical carbon dioxide drying process is adopted: storage tank, pressure pump, extraction heating, extraction, separation heating, separation, gas condensation, circulation.

Aerosol application:During the sol-gel stage of the aerogel preparation process, silica sol directly infiltrates and enhances the fiber, and jointly experiences gel aging, modification and drying until the end of production. Compared to the aerogel composites obtained by this method, the aerogel is continuous phase and the fiber is dispersed phase. The obtained aerogel products can usually obtain low thermal conductivity and have good consistency in product quality, which is also the mainstream composite method for domestic and foreign aerogel enterprises at present.
