Process Control Probes of Hgih Pressure Autoclave

Introduction

Probes can be used to measure different process parameters. These values can be displayed on our monitoring instruments and recorded in our control system
Frequently measured parameters are: Temperature；Pressure；Stirrer speed；Torque；PH

Pressure Gauge

The gauge on the pressure vessel should be 150% of the maximum working pressure. This enables the gauge to operate within the most accurate pressure range and prevents the gauge from being repeatedly stressed to the whole range, which will affect the calibration.

When ordering a special gage, specify the gage diameter, the desired range and scale units.

Thermalcouple

HXCHEM offers a variety of thermocouples for use in our reactors and pressure vessels. Most commonly, in small volume vessels the thermocouple probe is installed directly into the vessel with a compression fitting and in larger vessels the probe sits inside a thermowell.  The thermowell arrangement offers protection to the thermocouple from physical damage.  We also furnish thermowells in vessels manufactured in materials other than stainless steal so the thermowell will be the alternate alloy and the thermocouple probe can be stainless steel.
