Introduction

This series pilot pressure reactor is widely used in scale up and small-scale production, pilot pressure autoclave. This reactor adopt explosion-proof control cabinet, explosion proof motor, and explosion proof electric heating rod and cable, which applicated in flameable, easy explosion reaction process.

• Volume: 50liters, 100litres, 200litres, 500liters, 1000litres.

• Pressure: 20bar, 50bar, 100bar

• Temperature: Up to 350℃

• Wet material：SS304, SS316, Hastelloy C276, Nickel, Titanium, Zirconium, etc.

• Heating method：Oil electric heating; Explosion proof heating rod set on the bottom of jacket

• Seal type: Magnetic coupling drive agitator

• With manual lifting devices, easy to open the heavy cover lid.

• Pressure gauge display and temperature sensor.

• Internal cooling coils with water tap;

• Explosion-proof control panel with program PID temperature controller.

• Gas/liquid inlet & outlet with needle valve control, dip tube, etc;
